Who we are
This website is operated by German Diagnostics, Unit G04A, Building 27, Dubai Healthcare City, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. DHCC facility licence no. 1488.

What we collect
When you use the callback form on this website, we collect:
- your name and phone number
- your email address, if you give it
- whether you prefer a call or a message
- whether you have health insurance, if you tell us
- any message you write to us
- the page you were on, the page you first arrived on, the website that referred you, and campaign parameters in the address
- the date and time, your IP address and your browser identification, as proof of your consent
We do not ask for medical details in this form and you should not enter any.
Why we use it
- To contact you about your request. You asked us to get in touch, so we call or message you, answer your questions and arrange an appointment.
- To understand where enquiries come from. The campaign parameters tell us which channel brought you here, so we can spend our budget sensibly. They do not identify you personally on their own.
- To send you health tips and clinic news, by email and WhatsApp, but only if you tick the box for it. This is separate from the point above, it is never a condition for getting an appointment, and you can withdraw it at any time.
Legal basis
We process your data under UAE Federal Decree-Law 45/2021 on the Protection of Personal Data. Contacting you about your own request rests on your request itself. Marketing messages rest on the separate consent you give by ticking the box, as required by the TDRA rules on unsolicited electronic communication.
Who sees it
Your data is stored in our own systems and shared only with the service providers we need to run them:
- our web host, for the website itself
- n8n, our own automation server, which passes the enquiry into our patient management system
- Odoo, our own patient management system, where the enquiry becomes a task for our team
- WhatsApp Business (Meta Platforms), if you choose to be contacted by message
- Google, for advertising measurement, if you arrived through an advertisement
We do not sell your data and we do not share it with anyone else for their own purposes.
Where it is stored
Our automation and patient management servers are currently hosted outside the United Arab Emirates. Where data leaves the UAE, we rely on the contractual protections our providers offer and limit what is transferred to what is needed to contact you.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as we may reasonably need them for the care relationship, and consent records for marketing are kept for at least two years, as the TDRA rules require. After that they are deleted.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or hand it over in a portable form. You can withdraw your marketing consent at any time, with no effect on your care. Every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link and every marketing message on WhatsApp can be stopped by replying STOP.
To use any of these rights, write to info@germandiagnostics.ae. We answer within 30 days.

This website uses the cookies WordPress needs to work. Our callback form stores the source of your first visit in your browser so that we can see which channel brought you here. You can clear this at any time by clearing your browser data.
Children
Enquiries about a child must be made by a parent or legal guardian.
Changes
If we change this policy, the new version appears on this page with a new date.
